Biography

Stella Guan is an award-winning multidisciplinary designer, educator, speaker, content creator, and entrepreneur.

Stella Guan is an award-winning multidisciplinary designer, educator, speaker, content creator, and entrepreneur.

After a decade of a successful career as a designer working with Fortune 500 companies, Stella took an entrepreneurial path and founded Path Unbound, a UI/UX design school providing comprehensive educational programs for people who want to make design a career.

As a speaker, Stella hosts unique experiential workshops around the world that help people find their career and business directions through collaborative personal brand-building, storytelling and niche-finding exercises, all in one evening. She has been invited to speak at international conferences on topics like bootstrap startup building and career development as a designer.

As an educator, she has worked as an adjunct faculty member at Fashion Institute of Technology and New York College of Technology and Lead Visual Design Instructor at General Assembly.

Stella is a multilingual immigrant to the United States originally from China since age 18. After spending a decade in New York and a few years in Los Angeles, she is now a digital nomad with a home base in Los Angeles while frequently traveling between the US, Europe, and Asia. As a content creator, Stella is building a growing following sharing her life hacks and travel experience from a personal growth lens as a globe-trotting digital nomad.
